Privacy Policy

The short version

This app collects nothing about you. There is no account, no server of ours, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything you type stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud.

What the app stores

The subscriptions, bills and paydays you enter, including names, amounts, dates and notes, plus your settings. This lives on your device. If iCloud sync is on, it is also stored in the private part of your iCloud account that only your devices can read. Apple cannot read it, and neither can we.

What leaves your phone

Nothing goes to us. With iCloud sync on, your data travels between your devices through Apple's iCloud, under Apple's privacy terms. You can turn sync off in Settings; new entries stop reaching iCloud once you quit and reopen the app.

Scanning screenshots and statements

Magic Import reads text from a photo or file entirely on your device, using Apple's on-device intelligence. The image and its text are never uploaded anywhere, and nothing is saved until you confirm it.

Your town

If you allow location once, the app asks Apple for your town's name and keeps one rounded point on your phone. Nothing about it leaves your phone afterwards.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled locally on your phone. There is no push server.

Tips

If you leave a tip, the purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. We do not receive your name or email from a tip.

Your data is yours

Settings › Export gives you your subscriptions, bills and paydays as a plain file you can keep, read, or move to any other app. Deleting the app deletes its data from your phone; deleting it from iCloud is done from your device's iCloud settings.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Questions: the Send feedback button in Settings reaches the developer directly.
